No joke in April Fool's Day computer worm
CNN in addition to many other sites has a discussion on the Cornflicker Virus that is rumored to unleash itself on April Fools Day this year. Here is the article.
Is Your Computer Infected??
Computer-virus infections don't cause your machine to crash anymore.
Nowadays, the criminals behind the infections usually want your computer operating in top form so you don't know something's wrong. That way, they can log your keystrokes and steal any passwords or credit-card numbers you enter at Web sites, or they can link your infected computer with others to send out spam.
It was announced during the third birthday party for Leon and Lulu's held at Leon and Lulu's that "Charley's Ballpark Mustard" has been selected as their official mustard.
"Metro Detroit" magazine designated Leon and Lulu's as the best store converted from a roller Rink.
In the photo is Peggy Jo with Charley " the Singing Hot Dog Man" himself with his winter beard . It is not known if he will be sheared prior to the Tiger's opening day. This will be Charley's 11th season Singing and selling hot dogs

Commodores Jerry Partridge and Dave Coleman are now famous for appearing in the "Got Mustard Campaign" Jerry is also famous because he is a past Commodore of the Grosse Point Sail Club (2004) and a retired Xerox engineer. He is a fine (and opinionated) sailor who regularly encourages AVATAR and SEVERN WAY to victory. He is a connoisseur of fine Irish Whiskey.
Dave is famous for being a past Commodore of DYC (2003), a Chemistry professor at Wayne State University. Ask him to show the photos that he has on Facebook regarding a sailing trip in Scotland. Dave says " The purpose of the “mission trip” to Scotland was to sail with friends on a small yacht to the Isle of Islay in order to do comprehensive research on the finest single malt Scotch whisky (Laphroaig, Bruichladdich, Caol Isla, etc.)".
Coleman and Partridge argue incessantly about the GPSC vs. DYC Rum Challenge Race for which a private side-bet (a bottle of $$$$ Scotch or Irish whiskey) lies as the prize.
All wish Jerry well in recovery from recent surgery.
So when you see or contact them be sure to tell them you've seen hem in the "Got Mustard" campaign. You can see the other hundreds of people by clicking on the underlined words above.
So many people have volunteered to participate that we have found it necessary to change the way the slide show runs so that people can browse rather than wait to see their photo with the "digital mustard" on their upper lip. One can replace the phrase in the section box with their first name and deleting any other text in the box. Then only the slides that contain that name are displayed.
If you had your photo taken and can't find it in the slide show please send us an email. If you would like to send a photo to be included, send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will supply the "digital mustard".
Congratulations Commodore Jerry and Commodore Dave!!

The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on their site daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman. It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on 'donating a mammogram' for free (pink window in the middle).
This doesn't cost you a thing.. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate mammogram in exchange for advertising.
Here's the web site! Pass it along to people you know.
We printed this letter in the past two issues and many people did go to the site. It would be nice to get everyone to go there on a regular basis.
Dear Peggy Jo,
Thank you for calling our attention to the Bakers Keyboard Lounge plight. I think the many clubs that you support in your newsletter should plan some of their events at this great place. Remember the "Fox and Hounds"
Dear Peggy Jo,
Let's all get together and do something to help the Bakers Lounge get back on it's feet.
Dear Peggy Jo,
There are far more important problems to solve than saving a beer garden.[ed note: Baker's Keyboard Lounge]
Dear Peggy Jo,
Bail out for the Bakers Jazz club
Benefit concert is needed to save this great and historical landmark now!
Call some of these great artists and stimulate Detroit with a concert of Legends now!
This would be a stimulus concert!
Growing up in Detroit I remember seeing Eddie Heywood performing there.
This would be a great loss.
Hey Peggy Jo!
Please continue sending me the newsletter. I enjoy it very much.
Brenda C. Gagnon
Dear Peggy Jo,
I'm shocked that such a great place like the Baker's Lounge is going under. It was always hard to get in.
Dear Peggy Jo,
I tried that potato recipe that was in your newsletter last week using Charley's Ballpark Mustard and it was fabulous!!
And thank you Louise :)
If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him." James 1:5
