Peggy Jo Studio Newsletter
"A Newsletter to Embrace Life and to Encourage both singles and couples Spiritually, Physically, and Mentally to be Active which brings Good Health"
Volume: 4 Issue: 44 August 4, 2008

" My child, never forget the things I have taught you. Store my commands in your heart, for they will give you a long and satisfying life."
Proverbs 3:1-2

Thanks to the Comcast readers

After two weeks of having the Peggy Jo Studio Newsletter blocked by Comcast, we sent an email to all of our Comcast subscribers asking them to contact Comcast to find out why the newsletter was not being delivered.

Many subscribers told us that they had called..

The ruling on August 1, 2008 by the FTC ordering Comcast to cease their discriminatory practices lends credence to our efforts.

We will know by Monday afternoon (August 4, 2008) if our Comcast subscribers are still being deprived of delivery of the newsletter.

The bigger picture is the effort by Internet Service Providers (ISP) to lobby for offering premium services for premium prices. This sounds good and most people will look at as being fair. But for small operators like the Peggy Jo Studio Newsletter it would mean that the big operators like NBC, CBS, ABC, The Detroit News etc. would be able to afford the premium rates and PJSN would not. Then the big media would regain it's control of communications.

Since the beginning of the internet, Network Neutrality, where everyone pays the same price and gets the same service has made the internet the voice of not just the the big corporations, but to all people.

Got Mustard ??? Campaign

T.J. Craven was happy to volunteer for the "Got Mustard ???" campaign, that features famous people that you might know.? He was one of the entertainers at The Royal Oak Restaurant Association's Hot Dog Fest.

T. J. is only 12 years old but he has a veteran entertainer's stage presence,
His web site is here.
In the photo below is Peggy Jo, T.J. and Cathy, T.J.'s proud mother. Peggy Jo and Cathy swapped many stories about their talented offspring's.Charley, the singing Hot Dog Man, Peggy Jo's son got his start on the stage at about the same age as T.J. Cathy also volunteered to accept the digital mustard mustache and is in the slides show.

The link below will take you to a web site that shows all of the 334 volunteers. (At publication time, we still have photos that have not been processed)
If you haven't visited the "Got Mustard Gallery" click on the large word 'here' below. If you have, visit it again because we are adding new faces all the time.
Take some time to view the show and if you see someone you know, call them and tell them that they are famous. You can view that show at http://www.peggyjostudio.net/gotmustard/gotmustard.php or you can try clicking here. If that doesn’t work, try a right click and select "open in a separate tab" from the drop down list. If all else fails enter the address www.peggyjostudio.net/gotmustard/gotmustard.php in your browser address box. The slide show changes from day to day as we add new people to the list. The show has sound, so keep your speakers turned on!
