Scoop of Summer
Business and Professional Event

WED 2011-08-17
It's time to get social! After all it's in our name! With Summer winding down, Social Media Club Detroit figured what better way to get back in the swing of things than to get together around a bowl of ice cream in a beautiful and uniquely Detroit setting.

We're calling it "A Scoop of Summer" and ice cream will be provided by our sponsor, "Treat Dreams" who will be mixing up some special new flavors just for this event! So, let's all get together - both the SMCD members and the members of all other social & marketing related clubs we've gotten to know this past year. It all takes place in the beautiful Pewabic Pottery building. You can tour the facility or just hang, tweet and eat!

$5 gets you the tour, all the ice cream and refreshments you can eat and a chance to win a pair of tickets to the Social Media Masters event in Toronto on October 7, 2011 (a $600 value - does not include travel & accommodations). http://socialmediamasters.com/the-program/events/toronto-2011/

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Pewabic Pottery.
